- 1 14-1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 15-1/2-ounce cans great northern or cannellini beans, rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey, or chicken
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, (optional)
