  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fine dry unseasoned breadcrumbs, divided
