- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- MARINATED BERRIES:
- 2 pints assorted berries, rinsed and hulled, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chiffonade fresh mint
