0.5 tsp red hot chile peppers, chopped , finely
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp white pepper
4 trout fillet, raw (6-ounces each)
0.25 cup red bell peppers, sliced , cut into 1/8-inch strips
6 cilantro sprigs
