Ingredients

0.5 lb dry penne pasta (or other tubular pasta)
0.5 cup low fat cottage cheese
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium garlic cloves , pressed or minced
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup Asparagus, fresh , cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup chopped tomato , chopped
0.5 cup fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
0.25 cup fresh chopped celery
2 scallions , thinly sliced on the diagonal
1 Pickles, dill , diced
1 tbsp fresh dill weed , minced
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
