4 tbsp Nuts, pistachio, dry roasted, unsalted , chopped
1 tbsp oregano leaves , finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried, crumbled)
1 tbsp fresh dill weed , snipped (or 1 tsp dried, crumbled)
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4 oz. each)
8 oz plain nonfat yogurt
