2 egg whites
0.5 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
0.25 cup fat free sour cream
0.33 cup fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped , seeded
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tsp dried dill weed
1 pinch salt (to taste)
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)
