Ingredients

2 boneless pork chops , 3/4-inch thick
1 tsp pepper, seasoned (garlic pepper, lemon pepper or a pepper blend)
1 tsp olive oil
0.25 cup fresh chopped red onion
0.5 whole jalapeno pepper , seeded and minced (to taste)
0.25 cup chicken broth, low sodium
0.25 cup Jam, peach
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped (as garnish)
