1 cup red onion, sliced , thingly sliced, separated into rings
3 tbsp cold water
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp salt (optional)
1 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded , shaved
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground
