1 1/2 tablespoons Light brown sugar packed
2 each (13.5 to 14 oz.) can light coconut milk
1 (3.5 to 5 oz.) pkg shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed, sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
6 each cilantro sprigs (optional garnish)
