2 each tangarine zest (zest of 2 tangerines), divided

2 tablespoons Minced fresh ginger

1 tablespoon whole black peppercorn

1 1/2 lb Wild Salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 4 equal pieces

2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

2 pkg (5 oz.) Nature's Place Organic spinach, divided

2 each Garlic, cloves, fresh, minced

1 each zest of 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
