  • 16 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bottle Dark Beer, Usually use a stout
  • 1 12 teaspoons Ground Dry Mustard
  • 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce
  • 12 cup Heavy Cream
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
