- 1 kilogram Boned Goat Shoulder, cut into 4 by 4cm pieces
- 1 Goat Shank, cut into 3 pieces
- 400 grams Potatoes, med sized kipfler, cut into halves
- 2 medium Parsnip, cut into 3 or 4
- 2 medium Carrots, cut in half
- 10 Pickling Onions, peeled
- 5 Roma Tomato, chopped into quarters
- Orange and Lemon Rind
- 2 Fresh Bay Leaves
- 1 Cassia Bark
- 600 milliliters Chicken Stock
- 2 cans Canned Chickpeas, washed and drained
- Fresh Coriander, chopped
- Fresh Fennel, grated
- Lemon Zest
