  • 2 pounds Lobster Meat
  • 2 pounds Shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 2 pounds Clams
  • 2 pounds Mussels
  • 2 pounds White Fish, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 24 ounces Heavy Cream
  • 1 bottle Dry White Wine
