  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 34 cup Broccoli Slaw Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray, or canola oil for frying
  • 4 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
  • 4 Cut Pineapple, rings, fresh or canned
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Veganaise, (vegan mayo)
  • Teriyaki Sauce
