Horseradish Mashed Potato Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Russet Potato, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 12 cup Milk, use more or less depending how thick you like your mashed potatoes
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 14 cup Prepared Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 Parsnips, peeled & chopped or sliced 1/4" thick
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and chopped or sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, 2-3; chopped

Description

10/11: Made This Again, It Seems To Need A Little More Flavor. Next Time I'll Add More Worcestershire Sauce Unless Someone Else Has A Suggestion.
