- 5 pounds Russet Potato, peeled & cut into chunks
- 1⁄2 cup Milk, use more or less depending how thick you like your mashed potatoes
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup Prepared Horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 3 Parsnips, peeled & chopped or sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 Carrots, peeled and chopped or sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chives, 2-3; chopped

10/11: Made This Again, It Seems To Need A Little More Flavor. Next Time I'll Add More Worcestershire Sauce Unless Someone Else Has A Suggestion.
