- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced 1/8", ribs and seeds removed
- 1 pound Roma Tomato, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3 Carrots, thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 3 Celery Ribs, thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 1 cup Salad Dressing, use an oil-and-vinegar type, whatever you like (italian, balsamic, raspberry; any good vinaigrette)
