  • 18 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 12 Medjool Dates, pitted and halved
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 12 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 11 large Shallot, peeled
  • 14 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 All-Purpose Flour
