Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Grape Tomato, dice the tomatoes
- 3⁄4 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup Strawberries, dice the strawberries, 1/2 cup will go to marinade, the remainder will be for garnish.
- 2 cups Baby Spinach, shred your spinach. you can also use broccoli slaw (as pictured) for more crunch!
- 1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds, toast almonds in oven until golden brown.
- 1 ounce Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1⁄4 whole Avocado, split the avocado lengthwise, scoop out seed, and slice up about a quarter of it!
- 2 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, i just took 2-3 oz of chicken from a precooked whole chicken!
