  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Thai Fish Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Tamarind Paste
  • 13 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Potato, peeled, cubed
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
