  • Fresh Vegetables, precooked and diced, of choice - peppers, onion, broccoli, mushrooms, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, etc...
  • Non-Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray, or butter or coconut oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
