  • 1 can Bean Sprouts, 14 ounce, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, 15 ounces
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers, Julienned
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 12 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 14 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Celery Ribs, Chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • Rice, Cooked
