  • 14 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 12 pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 12 cup Chicken Broth
  • 13 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
