  • 1 12 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, or 1/2 tsp dried, crushed
  • 14 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 4 ounces Fontina Cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded (1 cup)
  • 13 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 12 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, **use GF as necessary
  • 14 teaspoon Italian Seasoning, dried, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley, (optional)
