  • 8 ounces Fresh Button Mushrooms, optional
  • 1 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 34 cups Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 12 ounces Eggplant, cut into 1/2 inch dice
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce, 26-28 oz jar (garden style)
