- handful Fresh Herbs, such as basil, thyme, parsley, and dill, reserving some fresh dill for serving
- Coarse Salt and Ground Pepper
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 pound Sole Fillets, (cod or other light white fish would work)
