- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste, add any herbs that you prefer, these herbs are suggestions.
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar, or more to taste
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 cups Water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt, optional
