  • 3 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 14 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 14 cup Sugar
  • 13 cup Water
  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced, bottled
