  • Broccoli, or cauliflower florets
  • 12 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 stalk Celery, with leaves
  • handful Walnuts, or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 14 Eggplant, slice and cut in to match sticks
  • 12 Zucchini, slice and cut in to match sticks
  • 4 large Mushrooms
  • 1 handful Bean Sprouts
  • 1 handful Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Tamari Sauce
