Vegetarian Chinese Noodles (chow Mein)

Ingredients

    500 grms of dry whole wheat spaghetti
    Generous quantities of this chopped in sticks veggies:

    Cabbage

    soy sprouts

    sweet bell pepper (red and yellow)

    Zucchini

    broccoli

    cauliflower

    carrots

    green beans (french beans)

    onions or spring onions (whole greena and white)

    And for the flavor:

    Bouillon and soy sauce to taste instead of salt

    Cummin

    Black pepper

    Plenty of minced fresh ginger

    A handful of crushed peanuts

    Plenty of minced fresh garlic

    Powder Garlic

    Powder Ginger

    Toasted Sesame oil

    Peanuts oil if you can get if not replace for whatever nutty flavored one
