- 2 Boneless Pork Chops, (about 12oz) cut into thin strips.
- 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
- 4 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1/2 head)
- 1 medium Carrot, grated
- 1 cup Snow Peas, halved, crosswise
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 small Scallion, thinly sliced.
