- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 small bay leaf, crumbled
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Apricot Preserves
- 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Onion, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Pepper

I Adjusted This Recipe To Make It Quicker....i Simply Made The Sauce And Used It As The Marinade. I Baked The Chicken In The Sauce. My Review??? The Cloves In The Dish Give A Very Unique Flavour That Confused Our Taste Buds At First. After A Few Bites
