Apricot Glazed Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken, Can use tenders, cut up breast pieces or wings with tips removed
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 13 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Ground Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 14 teaspoon Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 small bay leaf, crumbled
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon cloves
  • 14 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 18 teaspoon Pepper

Description

I Adjusted This Recipe To Make It Quicker....i Simply Made The Sauce And Used It As The Marinade. I Baked The Chicken In The Sauce. My Review??? The Cloves In The Dish Give A Very Unique Flavour That Confused Our Taste Buds At First. After A Few Bites
