Stir-fry Beef (or Chicken) And Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Smart Chicken Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch, or cornstarch substitute
  • 13 cup Water
  • 13 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 12 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil, or olive oil
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 1 12 cups Baby Carrots, cut lengthwise into julienne strips
  • 12 cup Sliced Almonds, or cashews if desired
