- 1 tablespoon Paprika, plus 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper, plus 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt, plus 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 quart Buttermilk
- Fleur De Sel, ground, or fine sea salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Rosemary, and Thyme sprigs for garnish
