- 1 1⁄4 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 1⁄2 cup Instant Oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1⁄2 Poblano Pepper, (use half of a poblano pepper, seeded and stripped of its veins)
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic, (i use the organic chopped garlic in a jar)
- 1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 6 strips Bacon
- 1⁄2 cup Chili Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1⁄4 cup Grape Jelly
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar, (rounded tbsp)
