Apple & Spice Pork Roast

Apple & Spice Pork Roast 3 to 4 pound boneless pork roast 1 cup applesauce 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons vinegar 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
