1 qt. red and yellow plum tomatoes, roasted, pureed
1 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
4 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
Cheese Mixture
- Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
Goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2-1/2 Tbsp. Kraft Shredded Parmesan
4 tsp. garlic, minced
4 tsp. red onions, finely chopped
Lasagne
24 each lasagne noodles, cooked, cut crosswise in half
Roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped
Carrot curls
Plum tomatoes, sliced
Yellow beets, roasted, peeled and sliced
Canned small artichoke hearts, drained, halved
1 cup micro greens
