1 medium tomato, diced, seeds and membrane removed
3 tablespoons plus 1 cups water
cup honey
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white wine, optional
Pinch of red pepper flakes, to taste
1 mango, diced
2 nectarines, diced
2 avocados, diced
