3/4 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 medium-sized celery roots (celeriac), peeled and diced
1 piece frozen prepared puff pastry (8.5 ounces) or 8
ounces homemade flaky pastry
Egg wash of 1 egg yolk and 1 Tablespoon water
