2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt

1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dill weed

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander, if desired

2 teaspoons dried or 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley

1 medium (about 9 oz.) cucumber, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 can (14.75 oz.) or 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) traditional pack
Alaska salmon OR 2 cans or pouches (6 to 7.1 oz. each) skinless, boneless salmon, drained and chunked

3 to 4 pita breads, French or Hoagie rolls, croissants, etc.
