1 15-ounce can Alaska Red (Sockeye) Salmon, drained
1 cups whole grain breadcrumbs or panko (Japanese style breading)
cup finely chopped yellow onion
3 large eggs, beaten slightly
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground coriander
teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
