2 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
nori-cut into strips
oil for frying
3/4 c. mochiko (sweet glutinous rice flour)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ko choo jung sauce
Dipping Sauce:
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 TB water
juice of 1 lemon
1 TB green onion, finely minced
pinch ginger, finely minced.
