1 ripe mango, peeled and diced1 small red bell pepper, diced1 jalapeno or serrano, finely chopped1 inch fresh ginger root, grated or minced1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped20 blades fresh chives, finely chopped1 lime, juiced
