Ingredients
8 ounces egg noodles2 cups sour cream8 ounces cream cheese8 ounces cottage cheese1/2 cup sugar4 eggs1 stick of butter1 cup dried cherries or cranberries or dried blueberries2 teaspoons cinnamonPreheat oven to 350F and grease a 13x9' pan with butter.Cook egg noodles until tender--about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside in a big bowl.Mix Sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and salt in a food processor. Until blended.Add eggs and butter, mix about 10 seconds more.Pour dairy mixture over noodle in bowl, add cherries, stir.Pour entire mixture into buttered pan, sprinkle with cinnamon.Bake on center of oven until top is firm and a toothpick comes out clean-- approx. 45 minutes.
