Cheesy Tomato Potatoes

Ingredients

2 pounds of small new potatoes 1 medium white onion 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 stick melted margarine or butter 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 can rotel tomatoes w/chilis (drained) 8 ounces of sour cream 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled Additional Grated Cheese (optional) Cut potatoes into very small pieces. Chop onion. Boil potatoes and onion in salted water about 15 minutes (or until potatoes are tender). Drain. Stir in butter, cheeses, rotel tomatoes and sour cream. Transfer to lightly greased casserole dish. Top with crumbled bacon and additional cheese. Heat in 350F oven for 15-20 minutes
