Artichoke Fondue


1 can OR 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained, chopped2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup sour cream* Parsley, for garnish (optional) Preheat oven 180C (350F). Mix all well, pour into a casserole (or other ovenproof dish) and bake for 20-25 minutes (until hot and bubbly). Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crostini, sliced baguette or other bread, and chopped fresh veggies as 'dippers'. DO NOT substitute yogurt, as it will curdle
