  • For the orange cream cheese icing
  • 9 ounces cream cheese, chilled
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 ounces icing sugar (confectioners'), sifted
  • Finely grated zest of 1 orange
