  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 (11-ounce) packages spring roll wrappers (8 by 8 inches)

KALUA COUNTRY-STYLE PORK LOIN RIBS:
  • 2 pounds boneless country-style pork loin ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt or other sea salt or kosher salt

  • 4 tablespoons mesquite wood chips for a stovetop smoker
  • 2 large or 4 small banana leaves, rinsed well
