- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup lukewarm water
- 2 cups bread flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for greasing
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons coarse cornmeal
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon zahtar spice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and pasted with the flat of a knife
