Dry Rubbed Ribeye with Mango BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Ingredients for Rub:
2 whole coffee beans
½ Tbs black peppercorns
½ Tbs mustard seeds
1 Tbs paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs Sea salt
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/8-tsp fresh ground nutmeg
Ingredients for Mango Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
1 ripe mango, peeled and smashed with fork
3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
¼ cup beef broth or stock
1 Tbs Worcestershire
1 Tbs A1 steak sauce
1 Tbs dark molasses
½ Tbs red wine vinegar
½ Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbs minced onion
6 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
4 large bone-in rib eye steaks, about 1 ½-inches thick and
2 lbs each.
